Greater Farallones National Marine Sanctuary (NOAA) starting at Ano Nuevo and continuing up PCH along the coast up to Salt Point State Park north of Santa Rosa and ending at Pont Arena Lighthouse. (The Lighthouse is west of Clear Lake and latitudinally about halfway between Ukiah and Cloverdale. The Farallon Islands are 27 miles offshore (from South San Francisco) about halfway up the sanctuary.
